Her expertise lies in leading business process improvements, enabling digital and organizational transformation, and providing executive coaching that empowers organizations to achieve sustainable growth.
Previously, she led various leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., including Executive Director of Sourcing Strategy and Program Implementation. Leading a global team of 60 sourcing professionals, multimillion-dollar budgets, and overseeing more than 400 diversity-focused events, her impact had significant outcomes and a measurable impact on workforce diversity.
Alea values serving others, championing the needs of underserved communities, and STEM opportunities. She serves on boards with A Kid Again and i.c.stars.
Alea earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Toledo and holds certifications from McKinsey's A2E Business Fundamentals and Management Accelerator Program.
